United in the Fight Against Cancer: How Rugged UTV Toppers Joins Forces with Team Lindorfer and the American Cancer Society
At Rugged UTV Toppers, we believe in giving back to our community and making a positive impact in people's lives.
Recently, Rugged Nation decided to support Bob Lindorfer who has dedicated many years to leading the Hit The Road walk/run event at Road America, partnering with the American Cancer Society® (ACS) in the fight against cancer.
We all know someone who has been impacted by the devastating effects of cancer, and the Lindorfer family is no exception. Bob, the MVP of the Team Lindorfer ACS fundraising team, was diagnosed with stage 2B pancreatic cancer in July 2021. After months of aggressive chemotherapy treatments and a very invasive surgery, he received the "all clear" in August 2022, only to discover a few short months later that the cancer had not only come back but had spread to his liver and lungs.
Despite undergoing his fourth round of intense treatment protocols, Bob has chosen to focus his energy on helping others. His passion for supporting cancer research and finding a cure has inspired us all at Rugged UTV Toppers to get involved and support this important cause.
