Customers' suggestions, concerns, and ideas help us to continue to improve upon our products and expand our offerings. Sometimes a customer may post a photo of their new Rugged topper on their UTV and tag us on Instagram or Facebook. Other times we get a phone call with a specific question or we are notified that someone left a positive Google review. There are also times where we get to see people's reactions when they first see a Rugged topper and feel its durability and its strength. Very often, we hear from our customers with a simple e-mail.
